Stacy sold multi-million dollar hotel franchises for Choice Hotels, the second-largest hotel company in the world. He joined the real estate profession as his four children approached their middle school and high school years.

In his years in the construction management field, as a project coordinator and field superintendent, Rob has experienced all types of construction projects — new construction and renovations — and has worked on dozens of large multi-facility projects for clients. He understands the needs of construction in buildings and knows how to effectively work with owners, building staffs, and building occupants. Rob is a hands-on person, willing to do what it takes to ensure the project is completed on time, and he works well with all team members: owner, architect, consultants and trade contractors.

Originally from Canada, Nancy’s family has called the Troy / Birmingham / Bloomfield area home for over 30 years. Previous experience includes new home sales, but most of her career has been in advertising and event marketing — from prominent national home & lifestyle magazines to major professional sporting events. Nancy’s extensive background has revolved around exceptional client satisfaction, integrity and honesty, and that is what she continues to bring to her clients at New Century Realtors.

Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Brian came from an automotive-industry family and spent 25 years as a contract automotive body designer, working at both Ford and GM on various engineering projects during that time. After 9/11, with the auto companies suffering dreadful sales declines and cutting engineering budgets substantially, Brian decided it might be time for a career change and got his builder’s license, another of his interests. For the last 16 years, since 2005, he has been in the real estate sales field.

Brian uses his experience as a Realtor, builder, cabinet maker and designer to help his clients understand what makes a good house good, and to find homes with the “right things wrong” as opposed to the wrong things wrong — bearing in mind that all houses have issues. The trick, he says, is to be aware going in so that any required repairs are identified and the buyer is compensated in the negotiation process. “My approach is simple: I answer my phone, I do exactly what I tell you I will do, and I treat every transaction as if it were my own. Every client gets the same advice I would give to one of my daughters!”
